Congrats, you're now officially a landlord!
Once your mortgage offer is signed, your notary takes the reins to seal the deal! With the official deed in hand, you're officially the proud owner of your property!
It's only at this point that you'll pay the Beanstock transaction fees, which amount to 10% of acquisition price (property's price and renovation fees), to which are added 20% of the negociated amount.
