Rent (including charges) - deductible rental charges - non-deductible charges - property tax (monthly) - unforeseen works (monthly) - any taxes on rental income - home insurance - credit interests - rental vacancy

Thus, to earn €10,000/month net from rental real estate, assuming an average yield of 4% net, you will need 120,000 * 25 = 3 million euros of investments. This figure, although impressive, is entirely accessible to everyone!
